  • The wait time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks until you receive your shoes. Once we have sent your shoes, you will receive tracking information from the Royal Mail.

  • We want you to have a pair of Green Shoes to match your taste and style, so there is flexibility in our designs to choose the colour and sole type for you. If you would like a style, colour or sole combination outside of our standard offering, please see more details about our bespoke service. All custom orders are non-refundable.

  • For now, we have discontinued our vegan range due to supply issues, however we can resole existing vegan footwear.

  • The footbeds of our shoes are flat with no arch support. However, our soft soles do compress over time offering support, or you can try a cushioning insole.

  • No. We can make our style shoes (which have a small toe-lift) with zero-drop soles, but we cannot meet expectations of ‘barefoot’ shoes regarding look and feel. 

  • Yes, when you resole your shoes, you have the option to try a different sole type.

  • We can send shoes overseas, but, due to international custom laws, international orders may incur additional charges and the buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. All overseas purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
